1. Initial application and offer letter

Collect an application form from any of our offices. Complete it and return it to our offices or click here to download the PDF version of application form. Complete it and return it to our offices.

You will be given an offer letter from our head office in accra or if it is an online application, an offer letter will be posted to the address you provide.

2. Deposits and allocations

Before an allocation will be made, certain conditions must be met. These are the following:

Receipt of written confirmation of acceptance of offer as well as a copy of executed agreement for sale.
Receipt of an initial deposit of 40% of the total cost of the house on offer.

After allocation the following programme of payment will apply:

40% - STAGE PAYMENT AT ROOFING LEVEL
20% - FINAL PAYMENT AT CLOSING

3. Home finance company

The Home Finance Company (HFC) extends mortgages to qualified resident and non-resident Ghanaians. To apply to HFC you must take our Offer Letter to them and fill out their application form. After vetting, they will issue you a Facility Letter confirming their agreement to provide mortgage financing.

We will make allocation at such time when we have received the Facility Letter and all required deposits have been made to HFC and you have executed our agreement for sale. Note that partial deposits may be made to HFC Unit Trust until such time as the full deposit is accumulated.

For East Airport houses HFC applicants will be required to make deposit of 20% of the total cost of the house in addition to meeting HFC's requirement for the granting of a facility.

4. Final payment and completion

Upon completion, Regimanuel Gray Ltd will send a final invoice to you along with a Statement of Account which will indicate the amount of final payment. The final invoice will include total cost of house and documentation fee (cost of preparation of title deed, site plan and other relevant documents covering the ownership of the property)

Keys will be released only when the outstanding payments have been paid in full and all documents have been executed.

Certain fees such as electricity meter fee and water meter connection fee are not included in the final invoice. You will be expected to make separate arrangement for payment in respect of those.
